Built in 2000, the 5,450 square foot two story professional office building is located within the Downtown Dadeland/Pinecrest sub-market. The new owner plans to occupy the majority of the space with its specialty reverse mortgage business, “PS Financial Services.” The seller will remain as a tenant in the building, leasing space on the 2nd floor as a condition of the sale.
