Gillespie is experienced in a variety of asset classes with specialization in the sale and lease of industrial and office properties.
A native Floridian, Gillespie has vast knowledge of the South Florida commercial real estate market. Prior to her role as an Advisor, she also served as transaction manager and marketing coordinator for Sperry Van Ness Commercial Realty. During her career, she has played a key role in managing multiple commercial rental properties in Palm Beach and Broward counties.
